FitFirst is a five-week conditioning program that meets at a variety of beautiful outdoor locations throughout Berkeley.
Three days a week are focused on cardiovascular training—running or walking, hill climbing and stairs. Two days a week, the emphasis is on strength training with hand weights, bands and your own body weight. The class is customized to challenge everyone at their own level.
Come to class with good running shoes, a water bottle and a mat for stretching.
